At afternoon matches on 10.08.2016 Brazil's home favourites Alison-Bruno won over Italian's Ranghieri-Carambula by 2-0.

After this game Brouwer-Meeuwson (HOL) won over Poland's Kantor-Losiak 2-0 (21-19, 21-19). Polish fans were cheering whole the game.

And at third game Spanish Womens Liliana-Baquerizo upset Brazilian's last years World Champions Agatha-Barbara (BRA) by 2-0 (21-17, 22-20).
